How do I get my products featured on sweetbabydealz?

I’m new to deal sites. How does this work? When does sweetbabydealz post its deals?
Every day, we will post a sweet deal for you or your little one on our website and if you sign up to our newsletter, you will receive an email about it let you know that a new deal is up. Once a deal ends, we place our order with our supplier and once it arrives at sweetbabydealz, we packed it up for you and ship it. This process usually takes between 2-3 weeks plus delivery time.
How long are your deals available?
We announce our deals every morning and the length of each deal will vary. Some may run for a day or two while others will go on for several days. A timer on each deal page will let you know how much time you have left to take advantage of a sweet deal. We have limited quantities of the products on sale, so if you like what you see, buy it...before we run out! Sign up, 'Like' us on Facebook and ‘Follow' us on Twitter to be the first to know every week!
How do I know how many deals are left?
An “Out of Stock” note on our site will indicate that we’ve run out and the deal is no longer available. We have sweet deals on products every week so sign up, ‘Like’ us on Facebook and ‘Follow’ us on Twitter to be the first to know every week!
Why sweetbabydealz?
We were inspired by the word SWEET as this one word means so much to us.
Sweet means fresh, pure - just like our little ones.
Sweet is smelling something pleasant like a fruit or a flower, or the sweet scent of our bundles of joy (right after a diaper change of course!).
Sweet is delightful, kind, thoughtful, charming and endearing. They may not look it when they’re crying, but our cutie pies are all that and then some.
Sweet is used to describe something that’s working smoothly or easily. We hope that your experience with us will be very sweet.
Sweet can be a melodious or harmonious sound or music. We just can’t get enough of our babies’ sweet cooing and babbling.
Sweet can describe an infatuation or a love for someone or something. We are sweetly in lovewith our babies and hope it translates through sweetbabydealz.

To keep finding those quality products at unbelievable prices for you :) we don't take orders over the phone. Please go to our website and sign up to place your order and indulge in our sweet deals.
What if I have a question while placing my order?

Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?
Since we sell limited quantities of quality products at incredible discounts, we just can’t accept cancellations, returns or exchanges of orders. All of our sales are final.
I just realized I ordered the wrong size/color/item. Is there any way I can change my order?
Since we sell limited quantities of quality products at incredible discounts, we just can’t change orders. But, we want you to be happy with your experience on our site so if you have any issues with a product you ordered or received, please contact us and we’ll do the best we can to make sure you’re satisfied.
My order never arrived or it arrived with missing or damaged items. Now what do I do?
With Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ service your package is insured for up to $100. If you received a damaged order, please email us a picture of the damaged item & packaging right away at info@sweetbabydealz.com along with your order number and we will email you a form to fill out so we can file a claim for you with Canada Post. If you never received your item (past 30 days from the day we shipped) or if you are missing items, please email us with your order number and we will send you a form to fill out so we can file a claim on your behalf.
If you asked for your order to be shipped via uninsured mail, then we are not responsible for orders that never arrived, with missing or damaged items.
I received the wrong order, what do I do?
Please contact us at info@sweetbabydealz.com as soon as possible and we will make sure to send your correct order or refund you in case we have run out of the item(s) ordered.
Why should I create an account with sweetbabydealz?
By creating an account with sweetbabydealz, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, allowing you to indulge in our amazing deals sooner so you will be sure to not miss out! When you create an account, you will also be able to store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and much more!
How do I pay for my order?
We process your payment through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
When am I charged for my order?
As soon as your order is confirmed through PayPal, your credit card will be charged.
Is it safe to buy on sweetbabydealz.com?
Yes. We take your information security very seriously. Sweetbabydealz processes all payments through PayPal, which safeguards customer info with their PCI-compliant standards for data protection. PayPal uses the latest, most sophisticated encryption techniques and international fraud control to protect all transactions. Your information is securely protected by data encryption technology, reducing the risk of online fraud and identity theft. For maximum card security, sweetbabydealz will not have access to any of your credit card or bank account information.
We will also never sell your personal information to anyone, including suppliers whose products we feature on our site. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
Does my order total include taxes & shipping?
The appropriate amount of taxes and shipping will be added during the checkout process, depending on the province or state we are shipping and the weight of the product purchased. The Grand Total of your order will be in Canadian dollars.
SHIPPING
How soon will I receive my order?
We know how sweet it feels to receive your purchases quickly so we will do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible once the deal ends*. We usually place our order with a supplier after a deal ends so we have to account for delays of 2-3 weeks plus delivery time. Sometimes we will have the products on hand so we will be able to ship out before the deal ends. Depending on your location within Canada, it usually takes 1 to 7 business days for the goods to arrive once they’ve been shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ service. We also ship via courier on a case by case basis. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Please contact us at support@sweetbabydealz.com if you do not receive your package within 30 days of shipping.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes we do! It usually takes 10-45 business days for the goods to arrive to the United States depending on customs and if your package is flagged. Please note that customs, duties and taxes are not included. What is declared is the order total, what the goods are and the country in which the goods were manufactured. Goods manufactured within NAFTA (Canada, USA, Mexico) are duty free. Please contact us at support@sweetbabydealz.com if you do not receive your order within 45 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
For the time being, we only ship within Canada and the United States.
What is the difference between Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ and Lettermail™ service?
Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ service is a cost-effective, ground delivery service. It features guaranteed delivery times from 1-7 days (depending on your location), delivery confirmation and the ability to track your items online from start to finish and coverage of up to $100 for loss or damage.

I live in the Montreal area, is there any way I can pick up my order to save on shipping costs?
Unfortunately, due to the increase in the volume of orders, we no longer offer the local pick-up option in Montreal and Laval. We understand this may inconvenience you as local pick-up had become an affordable and convenient way to purchase from our site. But, this will allow us to become more efficient in preparing your orders to make sure they get to you as fast as possible.
